What is your product guarantee?
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item ASAP. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

Our Products are designed, fulfilled and shipped from USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary by item.
How long does order processing take?
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days; this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
What are your estimated delivery times?
As soon as the order is processed we will send tracking information to the email provided during purchase. It may take approximately 4-5 days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact our support team ( contact@shadetreetreasures.com). If your order has yet to arrive within 60 days of the original purchase date, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase. Note: This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.
Do you accept returns & exchanges?
For non-defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Shadetree Treasures Inc reserves the right to refuse returns that have passed the 15-day time limit after delivery.
